Experience! The owner has over thirty years experience in the building trades, and has completed more than 4000 home inspections.

Training! Our inspectors are cross trained in construction, mold remediation, indoor air quality testing, wood boring insects, and lead paint. On average our inspectors complete four times the state required minimum for yearly continuing education credits. The owner also trains home inspectors, and teaches, air quality and mold prevention classes.

Peace of Mind! In the home buying transaction you need the most experienced inspector you can find. You also need the best report you can get. Each home inspection report we prepare is a custom report, built from scratch, just for you. We only do one home inspection per inspector per day.

Options! We provide three different types of home inspection reports.

1. Bronze Inspection. These inspections are usually performed for sellers or house flippers, or for homeowners just curious to know the condition of their home. It is a great way to discover the major issues that might crop up during a buyers home inspection. This is also a good tool for getting a home ready for the winter and it is the least expensive option.
2. Gold Inspection. This inspection is delivered to the buyer at the time of the inspection. It is a hand written, fully illustrated report. This report comes standard with a VA/FHA termite inspection, and required handouts pursuant to MA 266CMR. Photo's taken during this inspection can be e-mailed to the client after the inspection.
3. Platinum Inspection. This type of report has all the options of a gold report, plus the additional feature of the photo's being imbedded in the report. We use ELITE residential "room by room" software for this report. It is used most often when a client cannot be present at the home inspection. The inspector will take notes and photo's at the inspection site. Then all material is brought back to the office where a custom report is compiled. This report is then e-mailed to the client usually within 24 hours.
